Rob Dial, Executive Director

Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Nonprofit Management and Community Development from the University of West Georgia. Before joining PARC in 2015, he worked for the Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, Georgia. Rob also served as the President of the UWG Alumni Association. He and his wife, Emily, live in Carrollton with their son.

Marina Rogers, Client Advocate

Marina is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She has been a part of the PARC’s Advocacy program since 2010, and has over 15 of experience in social services. Marina and her husband, Todd, reside in Villa Rica, Georgia with their three children.

Lana Harris, Client Advocate

Lana holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Middle Georgia State University. She began her career as a Victim\Witness Advocate with the Bibb County District Attorney’s Office in Macon, Georgia. Lana is pursuing her Master of Arts Degree with a Major in Psychology, from the University of West Georgia. Upon graduation, she plans to become a Licensed Professional Counselor. Lana joined the PARC team in 2016.

McKenzi Walker, Prevention Educator

McKenzi holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and will complete a Master of Science Degree in Criminology in December from the University of West Georgia. McKenzi began her work at PARC as a volunteer and assumed her current role in 2015.
